Aeronautics and aerospace Emilia Romagna: IR4I is a cluster of companies

In Emilia-Romagna, aeronautics and aerospace have come together: IR4I, a cluster of local companies highly committed to innovation that operate in these sectors, celebrates its 10th anniversary this year. IR4I stands for Innovation & Research for Industry and it was born thanks to the initiative of 5 local companies with the purpose of promoting innovation and research skills in a technologically advanced sector such as Aerospace and Aeronautics.

The cluster companies are specialized in a variety of sectors, such as motorsport, F1, automotive engines, packaging and advanced mechanics. They have proven their ability to compete in international markets guaranteeing exceptionally high-quality standards and becoming in many cases a reference point for the Aerospace and Aeronautics global industry.
